Time to take health and wellness to the next level. We offer regular breathwork and yoga classes. And nourishing workshops and events in sound therapy, yoga, tapping, stress, sleep issues and breathing for your good health

Breathwork class

Tuesdays 5:30pm to 6:15pm

Wednesdays 1:00pm to 1:45pm

With Tish

Stress, poor posture, allergens, pollution, damp and mould all disrupt our natural breathing pattern. Leading to mouth breathing, snoring, sleep apnea and feelings of tiredness, tension and overwhelm. 

Learn how to return to calm, efficient, nasal breathing - the way your body is designed to breathe. This can lead to improvement in daily activities, digestion, exercise and sleep. 

With gentle structured breathing exercises..

  • re-establish nasal breathing
  • release upper body tension
  • improve oxygen efficiency to your muscles and brain
  • support your nervous system
  • Activate abdominal and full diaphragmatic breathing 

No experience is required. Simply a body and mind ready to release.

Tish has been teaching breathing exercises for almost 20 years. As part of yoga and Pilates classes, certifying with Lois Laynee and the Restorative Breathing Method and Dan Brule.

Somatic Yoga and Salt Therapy

Tuesdays 6:30pm to 7:30 pm

With Tish

Experience slow somatic yoga combining mindful movement with salt-enriched air. With practices to support mental and physical health. Somatic movement is an exploration of your body and a method to release chronic tension and pain. To calm your nervous system and support your well being. 

In Salt movement becomes easier and richer. Breathing is smoother. The mind becomes quieter. The practice becomes more powerful through the ease of the breath. 

You will build awareness of subtle sensations in your body where you maybe holding tension. This evening practice will help you release tension from your day and ease you into a deep restful night's sleep.

No experience is required. Although it is a practice where it will be helpful to be able to get up and off the floor with relative ease.

Tish has been teaching movement for 20 years. If you have injuries please contact us. Tish is very adept at catering for injuries so can probably help if you have any concerns.
