NEXT WORKSHOP - Salt & Sleep 6 June 2-4pm with Tish

Classes take your experience to the next level

Breath work classes

Stress, poor posture, busy lives, damp, mould, allergens and pollution can disrupt our natural breathing pattern meaning we over breathe through our mouth or take short shallow breaths. Learn breath work elevated by the salt. To restore you breathing pattern to an efficient nasal, diaphragmatic breath - the way you body is designed to breathe. Release upper chest tension, activate your diaphragm, improve oxygen efficiency, support nervous system regulation, release stress and anxiety. Practicing in the salt room supports clearer airways and deeper, more comfortable breathing. These classes are restorative, educational and deeply grounding.

YOgA & SALT

Combine mindful yoga with salt enriched air. Experience movement in an environment that supports every inhale and every exhale. Discover how good your breath can really feel and how good this allows you to feel in your body.

There are many different types of yoga from faster practices to slow releasing practices. Tish will tailor the class to those present offering a mix of yoga styles from slow flow, to alignment practices and somatic yoga (a slow mindful practice about release not ability).

All true yoga is about body and breath awareness and the internal experience of movement, allowing you to really sense and listen to your body and feel into your emotional states. It encourages exploration of how your body feels in movements that promote release, stability and relaxation both physically and mentally.

No experience, flexibility or strength required

FACE Yoga & Salt

Join us for a restorative workshop designed to ease tension, support natural radiance, and encourage deep relaxation. Set within the calming atmosphere of the salt room, this session combines Face Yoga, gentle massage, lymphatic drainage, breath work, and mindful stretching to support both face and body.

During the workshop, you will learn soothing self-massage techniques, gentle stretches for the neck, shoulders, and jaw, and Face Yoga exercises designed to stimulate and strengthen the facial muscles naturally. We will also explore gentle lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage circulation, reduce puffiness, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Benefits of the practices may include:

• Relief from tension held in the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders
• Improved circulation and natural skin radiance
• Reduced puffiness and fluid retention
• Increased awareness of habitual tension patterns
• Gentle toning and stimulation of the facial muscles
• Support for relaxation and nervous system regulation

The salt provides an additional layer of restoration where fine salt particles are dispersed into the air. Salt therapy is known to benefit the skin, making it an ideal setting for facial massage and Face Yoga practices.

This workshop offers a slow and nurturing space to unwind, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and restored.
