Bookings policy:
Welcome to Horsham Salt Spa. Booking a Salt Spa session can be done through our website, phone or in person. A session is non-refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy. A session can be booked up to 15 mins in advance by using the online booking service or please call.
Cancellation policy:
The Salt Spa Ltd operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of the full session price. You can cancel yourself from a session using the online booking system and you can cancel yourself from any appointment by contacting the studio.
Horsham Salt Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions or appointments as necessary.
Payment:
Payment is due prior to the session start unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made via the online booking system, on the phone, BACS, cash or card.
Refund Policy:
All sessions are non-refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy. Packages are non refundable.
Health and Saftey:
By using our services, you confirm that you do not have any health conditions that may prevent you from participating in Salt Therapy.
We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using our services if you have any medical concerns.
Sessions and Liability
Horsham Salt Spa will do all we can for your safety and the safety of your belongings. The ultimate responsibility for you and your belongings is yours. Horsham Salt Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death,
Using This Site General
You agree to use this site in accordance with these terms and conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the site.
All bookings will be subject to your agreement to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Horsham Salt Spa has the right to revise and amend these terms and condition from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time that you book a session, unless any change to those policies or these Terms is required by law or government or regulatory authority in which case it will apply to orders you have previously placed that we have not yet fulfilled.
Technical
You may use content from Horsham Salt Spa Ltd’s’ website for your private and non-commercial use. Horsham Salt Spa Ltd does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading or printing is free from infection, viruses, trojans and/or other contaminating codes.
You will not use the site to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post any content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.
Horsham Salt Spa Ltd tries to update this site regularly, so access, service or functionality may be suspended from time to time without notice. If required, Horsham Salt Spa Ltd may have to close this site indefinitely. Horsham Salt Spa Ltd will not be liable if, for any reason, this site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time.
