Spiral Stabilization 

Have a personalised session in this revolutionary exercise method originating from Czech Republic. Dr Smisek developed the method for those with slipped discs and scoliosis quickly realising how beneficial it is for all those looking to improve posture, relieve shoulder pain and issues, improve core strength, lengthen the spine and enhance movement performance and sports. 

The exercises are performed with an elastic cord creating resistance to activate the transverse muscle chain that creates the upward lift of the spine. Strengthen the main part of this chain that includes the oblique and transverse abdominal muscles.

Rossiter Stretching 

Tight connective tissue/fascia is the source of stress, immobility, and pain in the body. And often the reason why you can get temporary relief using other muscular body techniques but then the pain or restriction returns.

Imagine you have a strong pair of tights around your body. They get twisted and no matter what movement you do you cannot untwist them. You can only shift them with your hands. Rossiter stretching is the practice that allows you to untwist and find space. 

It is a powerful and effective two-person pin-and stretch release technique for addressing structural pain and restriction of movement directly in the fascia. It creates immediate space in the body. 

Regularly effective for any joint or muscular restriction including

  • plantar fasciitis and other foot conditions
  • back pain
  • knee pain
  • hip pain (particularly effective pre & post hip operations)
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Split Second Unlearning & Hypnosis

SSU is a groundbreaking approach to improving mental health and well being. Instead of talking about your problem and continuing the loop back to it, shift to breaking and clearing it fast and effectively. If you have been having a hard time clear this and shift out of being stuck. It can even be content free. Your body will show how you are doing the problem. This may include hypnosis to speak to your sub-conscious.

Access Consciousness Bars

Are you running at 100 miles an hour, or actively taking steps to keep your head above water but finding this difficult? Are you stressed? Are you stuck with something and looking for other possibilities?

Access Consciousness® Bars is similar to a massage treatment except with many more possibilities. Gentle touch is applied to 32 specific points on the head. This helps declutter your mind giving rise to clearer thoughts and becoming open to change or new possibilities. The 32 points, connected to our body, are how we store thoughts, ideas, judgements, beliefs and the points of view we have created or received at any given time. Access Bars is clearing the database where you may have been limited by your thoughts. Think of clearing the cache or deleting all your spam. 

When your vibrational energy is higher, such as when you are having a nice walk or enjoying a shower, it’s often when new ideas or possible outcomes come into your head. You may or may not take action. And then find you get back to the routine that is possibly stressful. Sleep reset 

Difficulty with sleep can be for different reasons from mouth breathing, micro breathing holding, sleep apnea, to 'being on guard' at night. From habits or even subconscious beliefs about the dark that you may have no awareness of in the present. Your body knows the score. In a session we have a chat about your conscious thoughts around sleep whilst observing breathing patterns and non verbal behaviour that shows your subconscious. We work to interrupt patterns followed by reestablishing sleep techniques possibly with breathing, NLP, Hypnosis, tapping (EFT) and working out your way for a good night's sleep. 

In the treatment or salt room. Depending on how you do sleep disruption, 2 sessions are usually recommended. One with discovery and one for hypnosis.
