100% natural salt treatment for your good health

Anti-bacterial - anti-inflammatory - breaks down mucus and aids clearance - removes airborne allergens (such as pollen) - lowers IgE levels, helping to mitigate immune system overreactions

Relax in a salt spa

Breathe easily, sleep, scroll, meditate, read. Salt Therapy has been approved by NHS England under its Continuing Health Care Plan

Inhale

Dry salt deep down into your lungs, loosening mucus, reducing allergens and inflammation. The salt comes into a controlled room from a Staminair machine. Simply relax, read or scroll whilst you enjoy breathing. You know how you can feel in pure sea air. It is like this in a concentrated form.

Feel

Clearer and more open in your airways, allowing you to take slow nasal breaths. Alleviate sneezing, shortness of breath, coughing. Relax whilst the salt also has beneficial effects on your skin.

Improve

Relieve symptoms possibly significantly. Results will vary person to person depending on other factors e.g if you smoke or vape it will be different to if you don't. Clearing your airways results in improved lung function. Possibilities include improving sleep and performance.

The importance of clear nasal breathing

Restorative Breathing - Lois Laynee

"If you're breathing with your mouth open, your body is working one hundred times harder for every molecule of oxygen than it needs to."

Breath - The New Science of a Lost Art - James Nestor

"Modern research is showing us that making even slight adjustments to the way we inhale and exhale can jump-start athletic performance, rejuvenate internal organs, halt snoring, allergies, asthma and autoimmune disease, and even straighten scoliotic spines. None of this should be possible, and yet it is."

Lois Laynee is the founder of the Laynee Restorative Breathing Method. With decades of clinical experience for clients at all stages of life, with sleep issues, PTSD, migraines and many more. Listen here

James Nestor provides the science behind our need to breathe clearly through the nose. And the benefits for our health.

You can watch or listen to the podcast with the Diary of a CEO and James Nestor here discussing breathing and sleep, stress, ADHD, blood pressure and diabetes. And how 98% of people do not breathe efficiently

History of Salt Therapy

Since the 12th Century, people have been visiting Salt Caves in Eastern Europe.

In 1843, a Polish physician, Feliks Boczkowski noticed that salt miners in particular did not experience respiratory issues or lung disease.

Karl Hermann Spanngel noticed his patients’ health improved after hiding out in the salt caves  while avoiding heavy bombing during WW11.

On a daily basis we are exposed to pollutants, airborne diseases, bacteria, allergens and other irritants.

Salt therapy is a method to cleanse and detox the lungs invigorating your body.

You could think of it like a spa day for your lungs

In Eastern Europe both visiting the natural salt mines and recreating that environment in salt rooms is a popular regular practice for any respiratory conditions
