What do I do?

The salt therapy room is a place you can enjoy to simply breathe and absorb the tiny dry salt particles. It is lovely to do nothing but relax. We will have some suggested breathing practices. Or people often take a nap to leave feeling totally refreshed. Of course, you can also listen to music, perhaps a podcast, read, watch a movie, or if you are looking for some focused thinking time we will also suggest a breathing practice for pure focus. Due to the salt particles that do land we do not recommend using a laptop/keyboard device.

What shall I wear?

Normal clothes. You will be given hair and foot covers. Then sit back and relax.

Salt therapy will not interfere with contact lenses.

How long is a session?

A salt spa session is 45 minutes.

How many sessions should I have?

This varies according to the condition. Some people feel an immediate benefit in one or two sessions. Some will feel the clearing and know they need more.
